For years, Medal of Honor: Airborne was a game many players remembered but could no longer properly experience online. EA shut it down, the multiplayer died, and one of the most unique WWII shooters of its time was left behind. Now, that is changing.
Medal of Honor: Airborne Redemption brings multiplayer back with dedicated servers and real players, giving the game a new life online. The classic parachute drops, weapon upgrade system, and intense WWII battles are once again available to a new generation of players and longtime veterans.
But Redemption is more than simply bringing the old multiplayer back. Redemption DLC v5.1 adds new content to the original game, including new weapons and other additions, expanding the experience beyond what was available in the original release. The project is continuing to develop, with further updates and new content planned for the future.
The goal is simple: keep Medal of Honor: Airborne alive while building on what made the game special in the first place. Players can once again fight their way through the battlefield and experience classic locations such as Neptune, now alongside new content and weapons.
